1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Green Hammer Business Solutions (“Green Hammer,” “we,” “us,” “our”) websites, CRM portals, secure document upload systems, consultation services, funding assistance, digital tools, and automated communication platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, submitting any form, using our CRM or document systems, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Green Hammer Business Solutions provides:

CRM setup, automation, and platform configuration Business funding application assistance (we are not a lender) Client onboarding systems, digital consulting, and sales process support Secure document management and encrypted client data handling Training, documentation, and subscription-based digital services

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or lending services.

We do not guarantee funding approval by any lender.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We help prepare, organize, and present your business information to lenders or funding partners (when you authorize it).

However:

✔ We do not approve or decline funding

✔ We do not guarantee amounts, rates, or timelines

✔ We do not accept liability for lender decisions

All final credit decisions are made by independent third-party lenders.

4. CRM, Automation, & Subscription-Based Services

Some services are billed as monthly subscriptions, including CRM platform access, automation flows, client portals, team onboarding, and branded digital setup.

By subscribing or paying for setup services, you acknowledge:

Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun Monthly subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled Cancellations must be submitted with at least 30 days’ notice via email Failure to pay may result in account suspension or access termination

5. Use of Secure Document Portal

We provide secure, encrypted client portals for submitting financial or legal documents.

📎 The following are not accepted via normal website forms, email, or SMS:

Bank statements Voided checks IDs, Tax records, SSNs, EIN documents

🔐 These must only be submitted using authorized secure upload links.

Unauthorized sharing of sensitive data through unprotected channels is at your own risk.

6. Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

🚫 Use our services to commit fraud or submit false information

🚫 Upload unlawful or unauthorized content

🚫 Attempt to breach, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our systems

🚫 Share or misuse account login credentials

🚫 Send spam, unsolicited SMS, or unauthorized marketing messages

Any violation may lead to immediate termination of services.

7. SMS, Email, Phone, and Automated Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email and submitting any form, you consent to receive SMS, email, voice calls, and automated communications related to:

✔ Your inquiry or application

✔ Appointment scheduling

✔ Document requests and service updates

✔ Subscription or account notifications

📧 Email preferences can be adjusted anytime.

We do not sell or share your information with third-party advertisers.

8. Payment, Billing, and Refund Terms

Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work begins CRM and subscription services may auto-renew monthly Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days We may suspend access for missed or failed payments

Refunds are granted only if services have not been initiated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Hammer Business Solutions is not responsible for:

❌ Financial loss, missed opportunities, or lost revenue

❌ Denial of funding or lender credit decisions

❌ Errors caused by third-party integrations (banks, CRM tools, portals)

❌ Consequences of user-submitted errors or incomplete documentation

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, templates, training materials, digital workflows, and automation structures are owned by Green Hammer Business Solutions.

You may not duplicate, resell, or distribute our work without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

✔ Payments are not received

✔ Terms are violated

✔ Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected

✔ Misuse of our CRM or automation platform is detected

You may also request termination with at least 30 days’ written notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.

Any legal disputes must be handled in Connecticut court jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes.

Continued use of our services after updates implies consent to revised terms.
